The Southern Missouri Rangers hold their monthly shoots, the fourth weekend of each month, at their range only 6 miles north and west of Springfield, Missouri. A typical match has from 5 to 7 stages and begins at 9:30 am on both Sat. and Sun. You may shoot one or both days with the cost of $10 for members or $15 for both days, $15 for nonmembers per day and $5 for a spouse and children . Ammo needed would be at least 50 rounds of pistol, 50 rounds of rifle and 25 rounds of shotgun per day. Please see the Events page for the dates of all shoots and more info about them.

Directions to the SMR Range

 From Springfield

Go N. on Hwy. 13 to State Hwy. O
O Hwy. is 4.6 miles N. of I-44 exit 77 (Kansas Expressway S./Hwy. 13 N.)

Turn West On O and drive 2 miles to HH Hwy.
Turn N. on HH and drive 0.8 miles to the range entrance
The entrance is on the west side of HH, opposite Foothill Rd.

From Willard

From Hwy. 160, go North on Farmer Rd. 0.7 miles. ( Farmer Rd is the short section
of road between State Hwy. AB and State Hwy. Z)
 Turn East on Jackson(State Hwy. Z) and drive 0.3 miles to State Hwy. O
Turn left on Hwy. O and drive East 3.7 miles to HH Highway
Go North on HH 0.8 miles to the range entrance
The Entrance is on the west side of HH opposite Foothill Rd.
